About Us Campbell Teen & Family Therapy is a collaborative and compassionate group practice specializing in evidence-based treatment for teens, young adults, and families. We provide services for anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and family relationship challenges. Our multidisciplinary team includes therapists trained in DBT, EMDR, and FBT, and an on-staff psychiatrist who supports our integrated care model.
Position Overview We are seeking a
Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP)
to join our team to provide psychoeducational testing, academic evaluations, and consultation services. This is a flexible position ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students and families.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and academic assessments (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders, emotional/behavioral concerns)
Write clear, strengths-based evaluation reports and provide feedback to families
Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, schools, and families to create effective support plans
Offer consultation to parents, schools, and treatment teams as needed
Maintain documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
Active
California Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP)
license required
Experience conducting assessments for children, teens, and young adults
Strong report-writing and communication skills
Collaborative mindset and interest in working within a multidisciplinary team
Experience with tools such as WISC-V, WIAT-4, BASC-3, Conners, and similar assessments preferred
