is collaborating with an established hospital in central Ohio that has an opportunity for an Interventional Radiologist to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Weeknight and weekend call required
Daily Volume: 15-25 procedures
Annual ER Volume: 80k patients
Patient Population: Adults
Cases: General community IR procedures, biopsy & cancer
Support Staff: Fully-staffed radiology group
EMR: Epic and PACS
Board certification required
Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, catch a performance at a restored historic theater, explore a revitalized downtown district, and fish, kayak, or picnic along lakes and rivers in nearby recreation areas.

Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered Physicians/Surgeon Ohio state license
Graduate from a fully accredited Physicians/Surgeon program
One year of work experience as Physicians/Surgeon
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
