Salary: $2,494 per week
Location: Asheville, NC
Duration: 13 weeks (40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, days, flexible)
Job Description Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. The IR Tech assists physicians in interventional procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Duties include administering small amounts of radioactive substances called radiopharmaceuticals and other medications for diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures.
Perform organ and body scans to aid in diagnosis.
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Board certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Valid state license where required.
