As a Trauma Associate Sales Representative, you will support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service. You may transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts. You will study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio, specializing in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore function quickly and effectively. The territory supports a 24/7 call rotation within the team. Responsibilities

Support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service. Transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps within designated accounts. Study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio, focusing on solutions for internal and external fixation. Participate in a 24/7 call rotation within the territory. What you will need to be successful

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of sales experience Preferred experience in healthcare, specifically selling orthopedic products or as an EMT/Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or Athletic Trainer Proven track record selling or converting business at the surgeon or hospital level (preferred) Experience leading or mentoring team members Willingness to travel within the designated territory (2–4 overnights per month) and infrequent national travel for events and conferences Travel and Compliance

Within the designated sales territory with 2–4 overnights a month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 USD annually; compensation may include bonus and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and leave programs. Equal Opportunity
