Overview
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Lynn, MA, for the current school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with an early childhood caseload, providing comprehensive speech and language services to support student development. Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood students. Implement therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of the K-12 population. Collaborate with educators and families to promote student progress. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies. Qualifications And Experience
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required. Experience in healthcare and pediatric settings is preferred. Background working in school-based speech-language pathology is essential. Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively. Comfortable working onsite, as virtual services or the use of Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not supported. Work Schedule and Location
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Position to start between 2–3 weeks from hire. Located in Lynn, Massachusetts. Contract duration limited to the current school year.
