Base pay range $23.11/hr - $34.38/hr. Shift: M-Th 9p-7a. As our Radiographer at CHI Memorial, you will help capture usable diagnostic images from patients so the Radiologist can accurately diagnose and/or rule out different conditions. Responsibilities
Perform imaging examinations such as x-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, as assigned. Work directly with patients to support the patient experience. Fully understand the importance of diagnostic imaging, imaging workflow, patient positioning techniques, and capturing precise results for timely and accurate diagnosis. Efficient interpretation of clinical information from the clinical team to meet radiology needs of patients. Provide thorough and accurate imaging technique and patient positioning relative to the order. Monitor radiation exposure time and activity to ensure safety. Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself. Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures. Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Registered or registry eligible; must be registered within 1 year of hiring through ARRT AHA BLS certification Where You'll Work
