Exercise Physiologist at Inside Higher Ed (The Ohio State University - Wexner Medical Center). Department: Ross | Inpatient Rehab. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department houses multidisciplinary programs focusing on primary and secondary prevention and rehabilitation, including Inpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation at Ross/UH/James; Inpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Ross/UH/James; Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Martha Morehouse, West Region (Ross); and Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation at Outpatient Care Upper Arlington, West Region (Ross). This position provides support to one or more exercise components of these programs. Responsibilities
Assist in clinical, technical, clerical, and educational operations for The Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department at the Medical Center. Provide exceptional patient care in a group exercise and education setting for patients with cardiac disease and surgical interventions such as open heart surgery, transcatheter procedures, and advanced therapies including Left Ventricular Assistive Devices and heart transplant. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in exercise science or a related field. Knowledge of computers and exceptional customer relations skills. Additional Information
