This position is responsible for performing environmental monitoring of fill lines in SFF and PFF and environmental monitoring of all classified production areas, including sampling of site utility systems. Support environmental monitoring activities to ensure production remains in a state of control, including the execution of the Quality Oversight program for fill lines and providing quality control approval of air flow visualizations conducted on site. Maintain adequate staffing to support filling operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; perform tasks following SOPs and oral instructions; maintain precise, legible, and organized documentation; and participate in cleaning duties as needed. Work to enable multiple filling activities without production delays, adjusting to current production levels and timelines. Qualifications
Assistant level: AA or BS degree in medical technology/clinical laboratory science, or BS in biology, chemistry, or related field, plus 6–12 months of applicable laboratory experience. Background in medical technology/clinical laboratory science is preferred, as is GLP/GMP laboratory experience. Associate level: AA or BS degree in medical technology/clinical laboratory science, or BS in biology, chemistry or related field, plus 2 years of applicable laboratory experience. Background in medical technology/clinical laboratory science is preferred, as is GLP/GMP laboratory experience. Work Environment
Work is performed in an office and a laboratory/manufacturing environment. Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms. Exposure to occasional extreme cold and to electrical equipment. Personal protective equipment is required (protective eyewear, garments, and gloves). Additional Requirements
