Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures (e.g., angiograms, embolizations, stent placements). Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, C-arms, and CT-guided systems. Maintain radiation safety, sterile technique, and image-guided procedure protocols. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. Qualifications
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required ARRT (VI) or (CV) certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience in a hospital setting Proficient in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures Strong understanding of radiation safety, sterile technique, and image-guided procedural protocols Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff Skilled in operating imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, C-arms, and CT-guided systems Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace Benefits
