The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime on Fridays. Requirements: Fluency in TIG welding Aluminum. Fluency in MIG welding Aluminum. Proficiency in CNC Folder and CNC punching operations. Experience grinding welds for finishing suitable for painting, powder coating, or anodizing. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to use measuring tools like tape measures and squares. Ability to interpret shop drawings. Capability to pass a timed math test. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Ability to read and understand shop orders and releases. Good attendance record. Ability to follow instructions and work safely, understanding all safety requirements. Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including Fridays and Saturdays. Ability to produce quality work standards. Additional Information:
