Responsibilities

Commercial and Residential building assistance/inspections

Housing program assistance

Willingness to travel locally to support our client needs

Qualifications

4 or more years of residential and commercial building inspection experience or similar experience required

Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Wisconsin UDC required

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats

Ability to meet tight deadlines, act independently, and be an effective team player

This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

Compensation The pay rate for this position ranges from $26 to $43 per hour commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

Paid Holidays – 8 paid holidays each calendar year.

Paid Parental Leave – Both parents receive 2 weeks of paid time off; birth parents are eligible for additional paid time off under MSA’s Short Term Paid Leave. The paid 2 weeks of time also applies to adoption and foster care placement.

STIP payments are awarded if MSA reaches its corporate financial plan for the year.
