Location:
Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite, Full-Time) Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Travel:
Up to 25% (primarily within Colorado, occasional out-of-state projects)
About the Opportunity We’re seeking a driven
Construction Project Manager
to join a growing commercial general contractor recognized for quality craftsmanship and long-term client relationships. With a strong portfolio in hospitality and public sector construction, this company offers the stability of established success and the excitement of continued expansion.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
Lead project planning sessions to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field teams to maintain alignment and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor safety compliance.
Prepare and manage project documentation using
ProCore ,
Bluebeam , and
Microsoft Project .
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
What You Bring
3+ years
of commercial construction project management experience (renovation or ground-up).
Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from
$500K to $8M .
Strong understanding of general contracting processes and team coordination.
Experience with
ProCore
and
Microsoft Project
required.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment (no frequent job changes).
Familiarity with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
