Mesa seeks a Substation Physical Engineer responsible for the design, checking, and oversight of deliverables related to substation physical design projects. Responsibilities include creating and revising General Arrangements, Elevations, Sections, Control House Layouts, Grounding layouts, Conduit and Cable schedules, and Bills of Materials using AutoCAD. The candidate will oversee multiple projects and may supervise junior engineers and designers. Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD to produce assigned deliverables. Meet customer schedule and budget requirements. Perform precise physical design activities. Travel and work overtime as needed. Conduct self-checks to ensure quality before peer review. Review work of others for accuracy and standards compliance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing other team members as necessary. Perform project scoping activities. Mentor junior engineers and designers. Notice to External Search Firms:
