Manage maintenance activities for two multi-family apartment communities: Bel Aire Court Apartments (67 units) Beaverton, OR 97008; Quatama Woods Apartments (30 units) Hillsboro, OR 97006. Responsible for administrative tasks, OSHA safety compliance, and communication with the Property Manager. Perform and supervise preventive maintenance, repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry), and general maintenance tasks, including pool maintenance if applicable. Oversee after-hours on-call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule and respond promptly. Ensure turnovers and new resident preparation are completed efficiently (e.g., complete apartment turnovers within a few days of vacancy). Inspect buildings, common areas, fixtures, and systems to ensure quality work and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and vendor performance. Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials; manage vendor bids and inventory ordering. Provide a high level of resident interaction, ensuring professional, courteous, and non-discriminatory communication. What You’ll Need

Authorization to work in the United States High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance Possess your own hand tools General knowledge of maintenance functions including groundskeeping, snow removal, painting, appliance repair, caulking, minor electrical/plumbing, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC, obtaining bids from vendors, and inventory management Demonstrates teamwork, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and engage in cost/benefit decision-making What We Offer

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Employment Type: Full-Time/Temporary Hire Duration: Approximately three months FLSA Status: Non-exempt Compensation: Competitive starting hourly pay range of $30.00 per hour Monthly transportation allowance: $200.00 Benefits: Medical and dental insurance at no cost to the employee; supplemental insurance options; 401k enrollment; Life Balance Program; paid time off; 8 paid holidays per year Work Environment

Approximately 90% inspecting property grounds, building structure, landscaping, and signage (may require climbing stairs, scaffolds, ladders, walkways) Approximately 10% in an office environment using computer or tablet Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling 20–50 pounds; kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching for inspections May be required to work weekends Additional Information
