Role Overview Are you a seasoned Millwright with a passion for the Manufacturing industry? We are seeking a Millwright who is excited to work with a dynamic team in our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. This is not just a job, but an opportunity to utilize your skills in Industrial, Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Equipment, Troubleshooting, Machine installation, improvement, Fabrication, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Conveyor, Sawmill, timber, lumber, Kilns, diagnostic, and Reliability.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, sawmills, kilns, and other machinery.

Fabricate parts and components to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

Install and maintain machinery in accordance with specifications and timelines.

Perform corrective maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Work with timber, lumber, and other materials in the sawmill and kiln operations.

Constantly monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright in the Manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with industrial machinery, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, sawmills, kilns, and related machinery.

Proficiency in machine installation, troubleshooting, and fabrication.

Experience working with timber, lumber, and related materials.

Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills focused on improving equipment reliability.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
