The Revit/ACC Model Maintenance & Support role will be responsible for managing and maintaining Revit models and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project environments to ensure optimal functionality and performance across BIM workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of Revit model management, ACC collaboration tools, and troubleshooting processes to support project teams. Salary Range:
$30-$60 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible). Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Revit models throughout project lifecycles. Oversee and support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project environments. Perform regular model audits to identify and resolve errors and performance issues. Coordinate with BIM teams to implement and maintain company standards and workflows. Monitor and maintain file structures, permissions, and versioning within ACC. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Revit models and collaboration tools. Assist project teams with Revit file setup. Support the integration of third-party tools and workflows to enhance Revit/ACC efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance and clean-up of BIM models and ACC project files. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure model requirements align with project scopes. Provide technical support, training, and best practice guidance to project teams. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide support for clash detection. Keep up to date with Autodesk software updates and industry trends. Perform other related duties as assigned. Relationships: Maintain proactive relationships within the JH Kelly team and project teams. Experience / Qualifications: Associate degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred: Certifications or formal training in
Autodesk Revit
and
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) . Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Revit model management and ACC administration. Proven experience in Revit model maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience supporting teams in collaborative BIM environments. Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows is a plus. Necessary Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Experience working in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills for training and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Physical Requirements: This office-based position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
