Pay $48-55/hr DOE
Position Summary The Project Foreman is responsible for all day‑to‑day jobsite activities including maintaining a safe and productive work site, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and within budget
Position Requirements
Current Electric License in NH (must maintain and renew)
Current and Valid Driver's License in good standing
High School Diploma or GED
OSHA 10 Certification
At least 2 years onsite supervisory experience
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Lead the field crew and take care of their needs
Attend vendor meetings, work with PM, etc.
Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, controls, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, and lighting systems in all types of buildings, homes, businesses, and factories.
Install, test, and replace circuit breakers, conduit, wiring and other electrical hardware.
Inspect and diagnose electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and needs for adjustment or repair.
Report to project leader/management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous and if any electrical problems are identified.
Prepare and assemble conduits and racks; bends conduit using hydraulic and hand benders.
Maintain a safe work environment by observing and following all safety standards and procedures complying with OSHA, NFPA 70E and RELCO standards.
Adhere to state and local building regulations.
Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment to test electrical systems, continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Direct and train electrical apprentices he/she is overseeing to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the project plan and owner's request.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Strong communication skills in English; including comprehending, listening, writing and the ability to exchange information.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
Fully comprehends Electrical Theory and NFPA 70 Electric Code to ensure compliance with most up‑to‑date electrical code with the ability to research and retrieve information.
Ability to read, interpret and analyze blueprints, construction plans, schematic drawings.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to effectively interact, cooperate, collaborate, and manage conflicts with others to complete tasks and achieve shared goals.
Knowledge of, and ability in, pipe bending, circuit wiring, feeders, services, fire alarm, wire pulling, underground, wiring electrical equipment.
Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electrical or gas powered).
