Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings Participate in the development of system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings Prepare detailed design documents Complete specification writing/editing Complete code compliance research Coordinate work with other disciplines Conduct site surveys to determine and document existing conditions Provide construction administration services Qualifications
3+ years of plumbing design experience in the commercial sector Minimum 3 years experience using Revit Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus PE/EIT and LEED certification/experience a plus Skills
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Excellent interpersonal communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and design guidelines Location & Travel
Location: Austin, TX Travel: 5% Compensation & Benefits
