Healthcare Project Manager
in the PM/CM group in Miami. We are seeking
Healthcare Project Managers
in Miami with a strong history of recent healthcare experience, representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, and additions for both new and occupied healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will manage Capital Program Management/Owners Representative assignments, representing the owner and stakeholder groups, and will be a key part of a high-performing team delivering projects for healthcare clients. The Project Manager will oversee design professionals and contractors constructing healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-life science facilities, managing all project phases including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move planning, and closeout. Responsibilities: Assist Senior Managers in leading project teams, setting goals, developing policies, and mentoring team members. Manage staff, project financials, and schedules. Lead cross-functional healthcare projects with demanding resources, risks, and complexities. Monitor design and construction activities to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards. Define and assign responsibilities to team members. Mentor team members to develop skills and foster high performance. Develop and monitor project financials, cash flow, and cost estimates; review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices. Identify and address potential liabilities and risks. Maintain and develop project schedules to meet objectives. Manage client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships; resolve conflicts. Communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders, including executives. Contribute to the development of standards, protocols, policies, and procedures. Guide less experienced team members and colleagues. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum of 10 years of clinical renovations and owner-representative/project management experience in hospitals, healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, or laboratories. Experience managing projects worth at least $50 million. Experience with high-rise construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management principles, with excellent communication skills. Ability to resolve issues creatively and supervise teams effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and project management software. Ability to forecast challenges and develop solutions to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Compensation Range:
