Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Overview Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Success is measured by resident satisfaction. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our communities in Baton Rouge, LA.
Duties
Direct other staff members.
Delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
Perform repairs on walls, HVAC/air conditioning, heating doors, cabinets, and closets.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5-10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
HVAC & EPA licensed.
Strong background in HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry in multifamily properties.
Has own hand tools and specialized HVAC, plumbing, electrical tools.
Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
Available to work overtime and accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Foundational CPO certifications preferred.
Background screening and drug test required.
