We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber I to join our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team. The role involves leading plumbing projects, performing advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Identify potential problems to prevent premature breakdowns or callbacks. Maintain and repair plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems; replace defective washers, repair or replace pipes and fixtures; test joints and pipes for leaks; install pipe and pipe fittings; inspect systems to identify malfunctions. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment; weld small pipes or special piping as needed. Locate and mark the position of pipe installations and fixtures using measuring instruments; cut openings accordingly. Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures using hand or power tools; anchor supports; cut openings in structures as required. Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to required angles using appropriate tools and machines. Install underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures. Review blueprints, codes, and specifications to determine work details; interpret drawings to plan installations around obstructions. Fill pipes or fixtures with water or air to detect leaks using pressure gauges. Direct helpers in cutting, preassembly, and installation of plumbing systems or components. Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly used and maintained. Maintain current plumbing and/or gas licenses in accordance with regulations. Follow procedures to stock company vehicles and order parts as needed; return defective warranty parts to the branch. Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters. Perform other duties as needed or assigned. Health & Safety Roles And Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Plumber Helper or 1+ years in a plumbing role Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Valid driver's license Annual Compensation Range: Minimum $62,000.64, Maximum $92,996.80 Seniority level
