Memory Care Assistant — Part-Time (Friday through Monday, 7:00am – 3:30pm) at Wesley Palms, with pay range $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. This role provides resident care under the direction of the Director of Health Services/charge nurse or designee, focusing on activities of daily living and other needs to support residents in a memory care setting. Responsibilities

Provides quality customer service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors to ensure satisfaction. Recognizes and responds to resident needs. Assists residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, changing of positions and transfers. Washes resident’s personal laundry as needed; makes beds daily; provides routine housekeeping. May prepare and/or serve meals to residents. Facilitates programs to engage memory care residents, promoting autonomy in decision making. Maintains a positive, homelike environment; ensures residents feel safe and purposeful. Maintains log with all vital information; reports resident condition to the Charge Nurse/Memory Care team. Maintains all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy. Performs duties safely; uses equipment correctly and reports safety hazards or accidents. Follows highest standards of cleanliness and health codes in food handling; adheres to all applicable policies. Qualifications

Current experience and/or training as required by state regulations; experience in long-term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative aide preferred. Additional Information
