Mold Toolmaker – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Package Location:
Germantown or Richfield, WI
Infinitek is partnering with a global manufacturing company to recruit an experienced mold toolmaker to join their high‑performing team in Germantown or Richfield, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to work with a world‑class manufacturer that supports the medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving precision tooling and molds that support high‑volume production operations.
Key Responsibilities of Mold Toolmaker:
Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair on injection molds and hot runner systems.
Operate a variety of toolroom equipment including mills, lathes, and surface grinders to carry out repairs and modifications.
Manufacture, repair, or replace components to maintain tooling performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to address mold performance and quality issues.
Utilize inspection and measurement tools to verify accuracy and precision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe toolroom environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and tooling teams.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; completion of a Tool & Die apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in toolmaking, mold repair, or precision machining.
Strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of plastic injection molds.
Hands‑on experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment.
Familiarity with hot runner systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly desirable.
Understanding of injection molding processes and materials.
Lockout/Tagout and forklift experience preferred.
