Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on progressive stamping dies during 1st and 2nd shifts. Evaluate die performance using reports and diagnostics in collaboration with Toolroom Supervisors and team members. Work in a team-based setting to share ideas and develop tooling solutions. Support production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Assist with tool startups, tryouts, and PPAPs for new and transfer tooling. Integrate mechanical and electronic systems into new and existing tooling and equipment. Qualifications
Education
High school diploma required; additional training in GD&T, SPC, or blueprint reading preferred. Experience
Minimum of 5 years in die maintenance, troubleshooting, and building within a metal stamping environment. Skills
Proficient with Toolroom equipment and close‑tolerance machining. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Basic computer skills; AutoCAD experience required. Ability to create sketches or drawings from concepts. Must provide own tools. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. What’s Offered
