Job Description: Experience: 6–10 years in product design Skill Set: Strong experience in component and assembly design Expertise in 2D to 3D conversion and validation of complex parts Proficient in 2D drawing creation, multi-sheet drawings, and BOM generation Familiarity with production processes, including build/conversion/integration Quick turnaround for Design Change Notes (DCNs) Hands-on experience with Enovia VPM and design release processes Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, Surface Design, Drafting) Knowledge of part manufacturing and machining Strong project and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Preferred Industry Backgrounds Aerospace : Candidates who have worked on supporting systems such as engines, actuation systems, engine components, suspensions, transmissions; note: whose experience is primarily involved with complex castings or manifold-type components are preferred. Focus on roles involving heavily machined parts. Medical Devices : Surgical and power tools; candidates with precision machining and tooling experience are highly relevant.
