Job Summary The Industrial Maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production efficiency. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance techs Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and repair of equipment Perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of production support equipment Lead day-to-day maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks based on production needs and ensuring work quality Act as a point of contact for urgent breakdowns and escalate unresolved issues Plan and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs Prioritize and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and documentation Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operational goals Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, downtime, and repairs using a CMMS Order parts and manage the inventory of critical maintenance supplies Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures Train and develop maintenance techs Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reduce costs Assist in projects, machine installations, and facility upgrades as needed Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role Experience in a manufacturing environment required, blow molding or injection molding preferred Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting & repair skills Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and/or Omron PLC systems Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Proficiency with CMMS software and Excel Strong leadership and team-building skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis Benefits
