Help develop research protocols and IRB submission for the primary investigator. Use independent decision making to provide data collection and case management for the various protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills. This position will place a premium on effective communication skills. This person will be communicating with physicians, clinical personnel, secretaries, patients and other individuals of varying backgrounds and abilities. The ability to effectively work with others will ultimately determine the success of the person in this position. Ability to work effectively with a health care team dedicated to a common goal of clinical research and patient care. Evidence of self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility in meeting objectives. Demonstrated ability in organization. Ability to analyze situations, recognize problems, search out pertinent facts, and seek advice when needed. Computer proficient. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare related field. Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook. EPIC.
