About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a variety of ground‑up and tenant improvement projects in the Las Vegas/Henderson market. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget — while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.

Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource plans.

Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.

Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify potential conflicts or changes.

Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders.

Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

Serve as the primary on‑site representative to clients, architects, and inspectors.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground‑up, tilt‑up).

Strong knowledge of building systems, means and methods, and local codes.

Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule discipline.

Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

Office, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, or healthcare projects (Public Works preferred).

Experience managing projects from $1 M–$25 M+.

Pay range and compensation package
