Construction Superintendent
As Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground lead for major tilt-wall projects across the DFW metroplex. You'll coordinate all site operations, manage subs, and keep projects moving on time, safely, and to spec.
What You’ll Do :
Lead all on-site activities for industrial / commercial tilt-wall construction
Supervise subcontractors and field crews with a sharp focus on quality and productivity
Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and inspections
Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce standards
Maintain daily reports and project documentation
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment
Troubleshoot issues in real-time and proactively prevent delays
Hold weekly site meetings to track progress and identify any roadblocks
What You’ll Bring :
5+ years of Superintendent experience with tilt-wall construction
Proven ability to manage jobs from groundbreaking through turnover
Strong understanding of construction plans, specs, and schedules
OSHA 30 certification
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a natural communicator
Comfortable with Procore or similar construction management software
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
