Epsilon C5I, a division of Epsilon Systems Solutions, is an employee‑owned company serving DoD, DOE, DHS, and commercial customers. The Dayton division was recently named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10‑year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.
All‑Source Intelligence Engineer/Scientist 1 (ES1) will conduct in‑depth scientific and technical intelligence analysis supporting NASIC. The engineer will develop and maintain assessments of threat systems. Work performed will include quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling and simulation tasks, technical analysis of system capabilities, review of intelligence documents, writing documents, and presenting results. Candidates must work independently and as part of a technical team with effective oral and written communication skills, strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, and desire an active TS/SCI clearance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
Perform modeling and simulation tasks
Conduct post‑processing and data reduction
Write analysis reports and develop briefings
Work independently and in a team environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical engineering or a similar discipline
Up to 5 years of relevant experience
Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
U.S. Citizenship required by government contractual requirements
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with NASIC all‑source production processes
Experience studying manned aircraft, missile, and/or unmanned aerial vehicle specifications and performance
ADA Notations
Regular communication (hearing/speaking)
Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy
Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding)
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds
Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required
