Overview
DFW-Based General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial (warehouse/tilt-wall) projects through completion. The Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects. Job Description
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, and/or Build Outs of various Industrial projects, including Tilt Wall Logistic Centers, Warehouses, conversions or other complex Industrial/Manufacturing projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget while managing owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project. Responsibilities
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects Develop and manage project schedules Manage subcontractor performance relationships Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and the company's safety program Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion Experience in industrial/warehouse conversions into office spaces AND/OR Ground up/tilt-wall construction of warehouses and industrial buildings What’s On Offer
