Your New Role
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you\'ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and repairing a full range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across Cedar Park, TX and the surrounding 100-mile radius. Your daily mission will include: Diagnosing and repairing HVACR systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, VRFs, and split systems
Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Troubleshooting BAS controls
Keeping accurate service records and ensuring jobsite safety and compliance
Representing Minyard Sons Services with professionalism at every client interaction

EPA Universal Certification (required)
NATE Certification (preferred)
Manufacturer Certifications (Trane, AAON, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Valent)
Experience with Boilers, Chillers, RTUs, VRF Systems, Split Systems
Ability to troubleshoot BAS controls
HVACR Certification from an accredited program
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to be on-call and work on weekends as needed
