Sr. HVAC Mechanical Technician
Join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-performance heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions for commercial and industrial clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment, collaborate with skilled professionals, and help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems per specifications and blueprints
Interpret technical diagrams and system layouts
Connect electrical wiring, line sets, and ductwork
Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant checks, control calibration
Diagnose and repair system malfunctions using specialized tools
Replace components: motors, fans, thermostats, compressors
Respond to emergency service calls, especially during extreme weather
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Schneider Electric safety standards
Maintain detailed service records and documentation
Handle refrigerants per EPA regulations
Work with HVAC equipment: RTUs, Split Systems, Ductless Systems, Pumps, Fans
Communicate with clients and recommend energy-efficient upgrades
Perform off-hour emergency duties and other assigned tasks
Conduct advanced troubleshooting on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
