Senior Production Supervisor
to oversee 2nd shift operations. Requires a hands-on leader who can mentor employees, address challenges, and act as a key liaison between the production team and senior management. Job Overview Reporting to the Plant Manager, the

Full-time, Permanent, 2nd Shift Schedule:
3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday Relocation Assistance:
Available Key Responsibilities Establish performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company objectives and ensure clear communication with the team. Organize daily workflow and ensure employees understand tasks and expectations. Monitor productivity, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace challenges effectively. Review and approve timekeeping records. Facilitate communication between employees and upper management. Prepare and submit reports on performance and operational progress. Assist in evaluating employees for recognition, promotion, or necessary corrective actions. Support HR in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Serve as a senior leader on the 2nd shift, providing guidance to both hourly and salaried team members. Take a proactive approach to safety, quality, and productivity goals. Use data-driven decision-making and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment . Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a
supervisory role
with a strong track record of leadership. Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies. Ability to quickly learn and oversee various roles within production. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, stooping, and reaching. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
requiring
good hand-eye coordination . Occasionally lifting
20-30 lbs. , with some twisting or repetitive movements as needed. Seniority level
