Working with a building materials company in the Tampa, FL area that is seeking qualified Diesel Mechanics/Technicians for 1st Shift!
Must have a clean driving record.
Experience with working on Ready Mix Diesel Trucks is a huge Plus
Responsibilities:
Conduct fleet maintenance on Mack/Peterbilt ready-mix trucks.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on air brakes, hydraulics, electrical systems, and emissions.
Execute engine rebuilds and forklift maintenance for the shop.
Utilize fabrication and welding skills for necessary repairs.
Proficiency in diesel engine troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics.
Knowledge of air brake systems and emission controls.
Must haves:
Emissions testing
Hydraulic belts, lines, and cylinder repair experience
Running diagnostics and repairs on airbrakes and electrical systems
Heavy equipment mechanic experience particularly on Concrete Mixer Trucks
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
6:00AM-2:00PM. Must be open to working later, averaging 55 hr. work weeks as of right now.
Pay: $28-35 hr. based on experience, flexible on pay if skillsets match up.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
