Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to logistics and supply chain operations effectively. Resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately to support service quality and improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Engage in training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends. Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or supply chain, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to immerse yourself in the cultural experience of living and working in Athens!
