As a Translation Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of multilingual projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction. You will coordinate workflows, manage linguists, and optimize processes using translation management tools and AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with global teams across operations, finance, and account management, you will support strategic initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and strengthen client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, maintain translation assets, and uphold ISO-accredited quality standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, remote environment, balancing operational excellence with creativity and adaptability. Accountabilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and adherence to revenue and margin targets.
Oversee translation, proofreading, editing, coding, and text processing activities.
Source and coordinate skilled linguists or external providers, monitoring performance and workflows.
Maintain and leverage translation assets such as translation memories (TM) and glossaries.
Utilize translation management software and recent AI developments to enhance project efficiency.
Create guidelines, process documentation, and marketing materials to educate colleagues and promote services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Account Management, Linguist Community Management, and other teams to support company initiatives.
Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
2+ years of experience in translation project management or coordination.
Proficiency with translation management systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Strong organizational, logical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
