The Team Leader/Floor Manager position offers a pay scale that includes a base hourly wage of $16.78, plus a performance-based bonus that may range from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) to an unlimited amount based on individual performance. Responsibilities
Lead your sales team in alignment with our Vision and Mission Set clear objectives and goals for the sales team to meet targets in new and used vehicle sales and gross profit Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and maintain best practices Oversee day-to-day operations to drive business success Manage negotiations with Sales Associates to ensure customers understand their purchase options and pricing Appraise vehicles for trade-in Analyze business performance, identify shortfalls, and develop action plans for improvement Qualifications
Proven success in auto retail sales Strong leadership skills to mentor and train others Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Motivational skills to drive sales team performance Exceptional customer service skills Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record Equal Opportunity Employer
