This position focuses on integrating aviation management principles with business education, fostering hands-on learning activities that encourages critical thinking and practical application in courses such as Introduction to Aviation, Aerospace and Global Business; Trends and Current Issues in Commercial Air Transport; and Airline Management. Adjunct faculty prepare syllabi and instruction materials, coordinates class sessions and develop assessments of the performance of their students.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Deliver engaging, hands-on learning activities tailored to aviation and business contexts.* Prepare syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments that meet academic standards.* Coordinate and facilitate class sessions that promote active student involvement.* Develop and evaluate student performance in alignment with course objectives.# Qualifications**Required Qualifications:*** A master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in aviation management, business administration, or a closely related field.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity.* Demonstrated proficiency in using classroom technologies, online resources, and computer applications.* Previous teaching experience, preferably in aviation or business-related subjects.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Industry experience in aviation management or a related field.* Experience designing and delivering courses that combine aviation and business principles.* A commitment to fostering student success in a diverse and inclusive learning environment.As we continue to grow, we’re thrilled to welcome new talent to our team.
