Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator for our client in the Atlanta, GA area! This is a great opportunity for candidates that enjoy a fast paced environment and providing leadership for an international manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, procurement oversight, inventory control, cycle counts, and vendor services — while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem-solver, capable of interfacing across departments including production, sales, and distribution — to ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and smooth supply chain operations in a regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fully onsite in Atlanta, GA Salary range BOE $50K-$80K + Discretionary Bonus Potential

Manage daily warehouse operations including material handling, inventory control, and documentation. Maintain accurate inventory and batch traceability using legacy SAP systems. Customer orders, confirmations, and invoicing; serve as primary customer contact. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring DOT and HAZMAT compliance. Support procurement activities, vendor relationships, and pricing documentation. Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Quality) and external partners (3PLs, freight forwarders). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination — must be in chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing. MUST BE Proficient in legacy SAP (ECC, R/3) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of trade compliance, DOT, HAZMAT, GMP, 5S Safety Protocols, EPA, and OSHA standards. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, and material handling. Generate Pick Lists for manufacturing based on customer orders and production schedules and ensure accuracy. Follow up on received orders, book freight, and coordinate timely shipments to domestic and international destinations. Liaise with the production team to ensure on-time manufacturing of customer orders. Monitor and support activities related to new product development (NPD) and sample shipments. Ensure all shipments meet DOT regulations, including documentation and compliance for hazardous materials. Maintain effective communication across internal teams (Production, Sales, Quality) and with external partners (3PLs, freight forwarders).
