Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Maintain and update SAP and other scheduling systems with current data to support production plans* Create and release process orders (≈$100M+ business) ensuring accurate quantities and timing* Monitor production progress versus plan and adjust to meet goals and raw material demand* Anticipate scheduling conflicts and lead cross‑functional resolution to meet customer/business needs* Place and monitor raw material orders, communicate with suppliers, and track deliveries, issue formal complaints, drive supplier performance* Manage inventory levels, bulk solvent schedules, and resolve supply delays proactively* Uphold cGMP quality standards (SISPQ) via strict documentation, training, deviation reporting, and PPE use* Adhere to ESHS rules: complete training, report hazards/injuries, coach peers, and maintain safe workplace**REQUIREMENTS*** Associate’s Degree in related area preferred* Minimum of 5 years’ experience/training in a similar Manufacturing work environment preferred* Strong interpersonal skills and verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Able to work effectively as a leader of or member in a team environment.* Able to work confidentially and independently* Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize effectively.* Strong communication skills are needed* Excellent listening skills* Strong customer orientation* Demonstrated ability to use and present data.* High degree of computer skill including but not limited to: SAP, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applicationsThe Evonik Group adopts an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) approach.
