Supervisor of Ambulatory Imaging

to join our team at Longview Radiology, an outpatient imaging clinic serving the communities of Kelso and Centralia, Washington. This is a leadership role blending hands-on imaging work with administrative responsibilities to support patient care and service excellence. About the Role: A Blend of Clinical Expertise and Leadership

This is a dynamic working supervisor position where you’ll spend three days a week performing imaging work, with a focus on MRI (CT experience is a plus), and two days a week on supervisory duties. You’ll oversee imaging modalities and ensure high standards of quality and patient experience in a cozy clinic atmosphere. Responsibilities

Optimizing services: Monitoring technical imaging services, developing quality indicators, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient care. Leading with impact: Providing daily oversight of clinic workflow, patient scheduling, and staffing to meet patient needs. You’ll also play a key role in staff selection, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensuring excellence: Maintaining equipment quality, coordinating service, and ensuring compliance with state regulatory and national accreditation standards, including evolving MRI and Radiation safety programs. Supporting strategic growth: You’ll take an active leadership role in expanding community access to outpatient imaging through the growth of current clinics and the planning and launch of future imaging sites, offering broad opportunities for professional growth and strategic impact. Collaborating for success: Working closely with another leader who supervises administrative staff, you’ll be a strong partner in managing people, performing quality assurance, and enforcing policies and procedures. You’ll also occasionally travel between our Kelso and Centralia locations (about once a month). Compensation & Benefits

We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about imaging, dedicated to patient care, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Required Qualifications

Education: Associate of Science in Radiology or an equivalent healthcare degree. A Bachelor’s Degree in Radiology, Health Administration, or a related healthcare field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in your area of licensure. Minimum of 2 years of previous leadership training and experience. Credentials: Radiology Technologist - Washington State License; current license/registration/certification as required by the State to practice. ARRT MRI certification; CT certification is preferred. BLS upon hire. Must be licensed and certified in all modalities you’ll be performing. Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and clinical software. Ready to Make a Difference?
