Responsibilities
Develop customer relationships to allow for new business development opportunities.
Key contributor to the advance development / pre‑development and RFIs to create a competitive bid for customers.
Responsibilities focused on the development of advanced products for future automotive applications as well as other products to add to the portfolio.
Understand future needs of customers; manage and negotiate customer requirements to develop future products.
Support and drive the development of the product roadmap by engaging actively in customer and expert workshops for future innovative products and functions.
Support the development of system architecture and support the understanding among engineering disciplines to meet customer expectations.
Coordination and management of prototypes and advance development samples.
Create and maintain project documentation, such as:
Development roadmap
Customer roadmaps based on customer strategies
Product and project outline
Project management plan, timing and milestone schedule and calendar
Other documents, as needed
Support creation of:
Detailed discipline‑specific design description
Mechanical/electrical and hardware/software interface specifications
Timing plans
Other documents, as needed
