We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate growth. As an SDR,
you’ll
be responsible for
building the pipeline by
identifying
, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.
You’ll
work closely with marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and with sales to execute targeted outbound campaigns into our priority accounts. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on making connections, uncovering challenges, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations. What
You’ll
Do
: Inbound Qualification
– Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and events; qualify interest and gather key business context.
Outbound Prospecting
– Research and reach out to key decision-makers in enterprise and public sector organizations via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Discovery Calls
– Conduct initial conversations to
identify
needs, pain points, and potential fit for Archive360 solutions.
Pipeline Collaboration
– Partner with Account Executives to develop target account strategies, set meetings, and hand off qualified opportunities.
Lead Follow-Up Meetings
– Hold regular meetings with the sales team to review lead status, share insights, and ensure
timely
follow-up on all opportunities.
Collaboration with Marketing –
Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and lead quality, helping
optimize
future outreach and targeting.
Market Research
– Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting data archiving, legacy application decommissioning, and governance.
CRM Discipline
– Accurately track activities, contacts, and opportunity details in Salesforce.
KPIs & Goals
– Consistently meet or exceed daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
Qua
lifications and Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role (preferably in tech/SaaS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with high-volume outreach and handling objections professionally
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and eventually move into a full-cycle sales role.
Familiarity with Salesforce,
Linkedin Navigator
, or similar tools is a plus.
