About the Role As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the engine driving new business growth – generating qualified opportunities and building a strong pipeline for the enterprise sales team. You’ll reach out to HR decision-makers through outbound campaigns, connect with inbound leads, and represent an innovative brand making waves in employee engagement technology.
This is the perfect role for a motivated SDR who wants to learn from experienced leaders, collaborate with a high-energy global sales team, and build a career in enterprise SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect via outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Book and qualify meetings with senior HR and People leaders
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns
Build awareness of the brand by sharing relevant content and event invites
Maintain accurate CRM data and report on activity and results
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years’ experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally within SaaS
Experience selling into HR personas (HR Directors, People Leaders, CHROs) preferred
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn – motivated by exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
