Position Summary
The Fulfillment Product team powers Walmart’s eCommerce growth by delivering transformational technology solutions that optimize our Fulfillment network. We build products that serve our Business, Associates, and Customers—driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the supply chain. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll lead the development of key capabilities across our Fulfillment Network. You’ll drive optimization by modernizing our legacy systems, elevating the Marketplace seller experience, support large scale internal programs/solutions, and drive technical enhancements that directly support our P&L. What You'll Do
Own and evolve moderately complex products through strategic roadmapping, data-driven prioritization, and cross-functional execution. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Lead the conversion of legacy Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and support initiatives like Ship with Walmart and Internalized Parcel Service. Enhance the seller experience through technical improvements and streamlined workflows. Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area. Proven experience leading full product lifecycles—from discovery and customer feedback to launch and iteration. Strong communication and documentation skills to simplify complex problems and align stakeholders around a clear strategy. Deep understanding of Agile development and product management best practices. Hands-on experience in highly automated Fulfillment or Distribution Center environments, including warehouse technology, controls, and execution systems. Familiarity with omnichannel operations and seller platforms (WFS, Marketplace) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
