Inventory Specialist Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm. Weekend availability is required.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour + quarterly bonus opportunities.

Primary responsibility is to perform day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks at Asurion forward stocking locations for various in‑home client programs. This role is an integral part of the Supply Chain Management support team, ensuring smooth and effective operations and providing professional, administrative, and clerical services to the department and management.

Essential Functions

Support warehouse operations and administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics.

Assist teams to ensure timely product movement, availability and disposition according to process.

Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols.

Monitor and update applicable software programs as needed.

Maintain inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow‑ups when discrepancies arise.

Troubleshoot issues related to office management, including telephony, computers, printers, and facilities.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned by department and management.

Collaborate proactively and successfully across departmental boundaries.

Operate in compliance with Federal, State and Local authorities on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements Skills / Knowledge

Basic knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network, and warehouse best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution.

Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changes.

Strong verbal and written communication and team facilitation skills.

Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to be self‑motivated, work independently and set priorities.

Experience / Education

2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Physical Demands Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based on the needs of the business. Standing and/or sitting for extended periods, up to 100% of shift or overtime.
