Responsibilities
Work closely with the Regional Collision Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver consistent results.
Manage resource scheduling, scheduling allocation, and implement work standards and quality expectations.
Champion continuous improvement to drive safety, efficiency, quality, and customer service excellence.
Forecast and surpass goals through regular shop audits.
Cultivate a culture of accountability and uphold the Tesla brand, processes, procedures, and values.
Provide coaching, feedback, and develop team strengths to inspire daily performance.
Perform related duties as assigned by the Regional Collision Manager.
Qualifications
5+ years of management experience within the collision industry.
Leadership experience managing a diverse team; vocational certificate in collision repair preferred.
Solution‑oriented with strong root‑cause analysis and development of corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire the team to achieve targets.
Self‑management and independent work in limited supervision; flexible schedule available.
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, tools, and methods.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
