Store Support role at The Home Depot. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and require cooperative work with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productive performance with limited supervision. Assist with order fulfillment and customer service tasks to ensure accurate and timely service Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and respond to product order status inquiries Handle cash management or program compliance where applicable Interact with customers and vendors as needed Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers Demonstrate time management, attention to detail, and integrity in daily operations Support key operational responsibilities aligned with store objectives Possible positions include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative Qualifications
Detail-oriented with proven time management skills Ability to work with little or some supervision Strong integrity and focus on customer satisfaction Willingness to engage in direct customer or vendor interactions as needed Employment type
