What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Handle 50 to 60 incoming calls daily, providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution Assist policyholders with inquiries related to transactions and technical questions Participate in a comprehensive training program to earn required FINRA licenses Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Engage in community involvement through various volunteer opportunities and local charity events
What is Required (Qualifications): 1-2 years of experience in a related customer service role A FINRA SIE and series 6 or 7 license is required; if not currently licensed, must complete training within 5-6 weeks Strong customer service skills and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): College degree and/or equivalent experience in a customer service setting Proactive and resourceful with strong research skills Demonstrated passion for community involvement and charity work
